Handcrafted at Rustic Manor Farm, our sourdough bread is made using a natural starter and slow fermentation for rich flavor and a hearty texture. Using high-quality, non-GMO Italian flour gives each loaf a clean, traditional taste you won’t find in typical store-bought bread. Every loaf is finished with her signature heart scored into the top—something many of our customers have come to recognize and love. Baked in small batches with limited availability.

Fresh Lion's Mane Mushrooms

Grown right here at Rustic Manor Farm, our lion’s mane mushrooms are harvested fresh for the best flavor and texture. Known for their tender, meaty texture and mild flavor, they’re excellent sautéed in butter. Lion’s mane has a mild, slightly sweet taste and a texture often compared to crab or lobster, making it great for sautéing, grilling, or adding to your favorite dishes.
